We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to oversee the planning, building, and running of IT solutions for Supply Management, also known as Procurement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, system implementation, architecture, financial management, and operational support within the procurement domain. This role will be critical in ensuring the delivery of effective and efficient IT solutions that meet the needs of our Supply Management team.

Key Responsibilities
Plan: Lead the planning phase for IT solutions in Supply Management, including requirements gathering, project scoping, and resource allocation.
Build: Oversee the development and implementation of IT solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Run: Manage the ongoing support and maintenance of IT solutions, ensuring high availability, performance, and user satisfaction.
Architecture: Develop and maintain the IT architecture for procurement systems, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business needs.
Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of IT solutions, including budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting.
Day-to-Day Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of IT solutions, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Supply Management team and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure IT solutions align with business objectives.
Project Management: Utilize project management methodologies to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the successful delivery and support of IT solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT solutions.
Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to the IT solutions team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Recruiting and Talent Development: Lead efforts in recruiting top talent and developing team members to ensure a high-performing IT solutions team.
Compliance: Ensure all IT solutions comply with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, system implementation, architecture, financial management, and operational support, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within the procurement domain.
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering IT solutions on time and within budget.
Excellent understanding of procurement processes and systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Knowledge of relevant IT frameworks and best practices.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$156,000.00 - $234,000.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
