Position Description:
This position has been created to work within EA&S (Enterprise Accounts and Strategy) to drive EA businesses as the vehicle to establish strategic partnerships with selected corporate / strategic accounts for continuous Medtronic business retention and growth.
This position closely collaborates with internal functions like financial planning & analysis, accounting, commercial operations, sales excellence, channel management or IT and supports senior manager in EA&S to drive EA businesses and strategic program managers in EA&S to drive his/her projects from analytical perspective.

1. Developing business performance management model for internal stakeholders to enhance the visibility of EA business and scale up pan-Medtronic strategic partnership with EA.
2. Developing strategic account performance management model for both internal and external stakeholders to strengthen pan-Medtronic strategic partnership with EA.
3. Developing efficient and sustainable analytical and reporting processes for EA through collaborations with internal functions or OUs.
4. Developing efficient and sustainable BI report / dashboard to automate analytical and reporting processes and enable effective decision making through collaboration with internal functions or OUs.
5. Leading best practice analysis and summarizing best practices as local proof points to replicate one success to others.
6. Leading workstreams across various functions and OUs to respond urgent requests with an impact on pan-Medtronic business performances.
7. Implementing continuing process improvement / standardization and supporting ad-hoc reporting requests flexibly.
Experience and Knowledge:
Specialized Knowledge and Experience Required
Performance controlling / reporting experiences.
Business intelligence and data analytical experiences.
Project planning and management experiences.
Advanced MS Office suite skills especially on Excel, Access and PowerPoint

In-depth understanding of ERP (e.g., SAP) - Highly desirable.
In-depth understanding of SFA (e.g., Salesforce.com) - Highly desirable.

Post Graduate qualifications such as CA, CPA strongly preferred, but not required.
