The ACM OU is committed to excellence in innovation and commercialization to pursue our vision and long-term business growth. The ACM OU R&D organization is refining its product delivery, innovation, and commercialization approach to enable product leadership across all segments of our product portfolio. This will require enhancing our innovation processes, refining our design and delivery approaches to deliver an integrated and comprehensive portfolio that enables product development excellence across ACM.

This role is based out of Lafayette, CO (we may consider Mounds View, MN for the right talent).
Innovation Delivery Core Team Leader -CTL is accountable to deliver an integrated & comprehensive program & project management capability across the Franchise. As a CTL for Perioperative Franchise, this leader will be accountable for delivery execution of a portfolio that contributes roughly ~$ 400M in revenue for the ACM OU. The CTL will bring focus to delivery of business outcomes that are aligned with the ACM business strategy. Product portfolio includes focus areas around hemodynamic monitoring and depth of sedation inclusive of BIS, INVOS, McGrath Mac, Temperature blankets and probes and 2 distribution deals
This leader is accountable for all aspects of the Core Team programs(s), including the formation of high-performance teams that are adept at franchise portfolio planning and execution for the predictable delivery of reliable solutions for commercial release. This role also plays a significant partnering role in mentoring and developing Core Team Members so that they operate as an effective cross-functional team. They are the primary champion for overcoming barriers, driving decisions, and creating a culture of empowerment in the broader organization.
Business Leadership
Responsible for a successful delivery of business aligned portfolio of products and solutions by:
- Acting as a strategic partner for franchise marketing leadership, R&D technology & product development leadership, and cross functional leadership teams
- Accountable for delivery of product portfolio and works very closely with responsible NPD PMO, RPE PMO and Commercialization PMO to meet the timeline, revenue and margin expectations of the operational roadmap
- Owns portfolio-program-project roadmap. Sets franchise budget over strategic planning (strat plan) period and annual operating plan (AOP).
- Leads active franchise management: facilitating decision making within delegation of authority (DOA). Accountable for Portfolio optimization, business goal alignment, value alignment and program selection
- Effectively leveraging product program management and Core Teams(s) as the primary vehicle for working in a project-centric, cross-functional matrix. Best Practice Process Leader - Champion DRM practices and drive the collection of high-quality VOX input to define solutions that optimize business outcomes.
- Setting objectives, timelines, milestones, budgets across the full Franchise POI.
- Stakeholder Management - Accountable for all Core Team communications with key sponsors and stakeholders.
- Project governance voting member for Innovation Delivery (stewardship, steering, etc..)
Program Leadership
- Accountable for the formation of high-performance, cross-functional Core Teams
- Accountable for ensuring that Core Team(s) are focused on predictability through rigorous planning and execution of project baselines including scope, cost, schedule, resources, risk, and quality.
- Accountable for providing leadership on key project decisions surrounding change control, trade-off’s, etc. - arbitrate and resolve escalated issues.
- Accountable for championing resource management discussions with functional organizations to ensure that all Core Teams are staffed to be successful.
- Accountable for ensuring that the Core Team(s) achieve contracted commitments and performance metrics.
- Accountable for the development and execution of market commercialization plans and releases to all markets that are in scope.
Customer Focus and Market Awareness
- Ensure familiarity with global market needs by regular cadence of engagements with customers and Marketing counterparts. These include regular conference calls, participation in Regional Marketing activities, sales ride-along, attendance at key trade shows & seminars, etc.
- Understand the main enterprise competitors and market trends.
Talent Development Leadership
- Leverage the talents of individual Core Team Members through role definitions within the team.
- Mentor and coach Core Team Members as part of a cross-functional partnership with functional organizations to build a sustainable pipeline of talent.
- Create and cultivate an empowered culture where Core Team Members are encouraged to think critically and make decisions – build competency and capability across the core team.
- Serves as key member of the Innovation Delivery leadership team and extended Research & Development leadership team.
Program Management Career Stream
Program Managers and Directors focus on tactical, operational activities for a major program with broad or ongoing impact. Qualifications
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 15 years of experience leading cross department project teams with 10+ years of advanced management and leadership knowledge, or Advanced Degree with a minimum 13 years experience, minimum of 10 years of managerial experience
- Requires advanced management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or manage across multiple functions.
- Typically has mastery within a specific technical or broad expertise across multiple related disciplines. Has proven experience of marketing and/or commercial best practices.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl.
