<Main Responsibilities>

The Global Neuromodulation Customer Marketing team may be the place for you. As Customer Marketing specialist for our Neuromodulation business with a focus on Spinal cord stimulation, you will be responsible for building and executing the value proposition for our target customer audience, from developing insights to designing the end-to-end customer experience.

Your responsibilities include the following:
Support field activities including customer dinners and presentations or any other targeted support requests.
Provide product or informational overviews to customers in support of a contract or tender.
Develop strategy for local events including conferences, trade shows, conventions, and physician events and/or programs (including sponsored and non-sponsored customer events).
Coordinate with medical education (MedEd) and professional relations for local events (sponsored and non-sponsored) and assist in both preparation and execution.
Localize marketing programs (including product launches, Market development activities) through partnerships with local stakeholders (e.g. sales, health economics, …).
Disseminate and assist on execution of competitive response strategies.
Establish deep expertise on the target customer segment.
Share findings from voice-of-customer data with rest of the business.
Analyze voice-of-customer data, monitor customer loyalty, drive new engagement opportunities, and identify, support customer advocates.
Lead nurturing through targeted engagement.
Assist in quarterly plan of action (QPOA) and customer targeting.
Ensure field and inside sales team is well equipped to execute marketing tactics.
Manage competitive intelligence by monitoring the competitive landscape and communicate current and anticipated future competitive activities to the organization.
Complete analytics to support marketing function, such as development and maintenance of market models, market scenario planning, and other ad hoc requests.
<Must Haves>
Job Experience
Bachelors degree and + 3 years working in product marketing OR Masters Degree and 5+ years relevant experience in the field of neuromodulation.
Track record of driving results in marketing capacity.
Demonstrated achievement of business and marketing goals.
Sales orientation or exposure to working with direct sales organizations.
Skill / Knowledge
Native Japanese and fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong project management skills, organized and detailed oriented; know how to manage multiple priorities and projects with short timelines.
Competency
Demonstrated strong discipline in execution; driven by exceeding results.
Ability to develop and expand relationships with key physicians, and Medtronic personnel in order to achieve business objectives.
