Job Experience
- 従業員関係・労使関係案件（ハラスメント、差別、報復、懲戒、パフォーマンス改善等）の対応経験、またはそれに準じる人事・労務実務経験
Skill / Knowledge
- 日本の労働法および労務慣行に関する基礎的〜実務レベルの知識（労働時間管理、ハラスメント、防止施策、懲戒・就業規則など）
- 機密性の高い情報を慎重かつ適切に扱う姿勢と高い倫理観
Competency
- 従業員・マネジャーの双方の視点を踏まえて、公平・中立な立場で状況を整理し、判断・助言ができる能力
- 対話・ヒアリング・調整を通じて、センシティブなテーマについても信頼関係を構築できるコミュニケーション力
- ステークホルダー（HRBP、法務、コンプライアンス、ビジネスリーダー等）と連携しながら、複数案件を並行して推進できるプロジェクトマネジメント力
Education

- 難しいメッセージ（厳しいフィードバック、是正措置、調査結果など）も、相手へのリスペクトを持って伝えられるコミュニケーション力
- データや事例に基づいて、マネジャーやビジネスリーダーに対し、リスクと選択肢を分かりやすく説明し、意思決定をサポートできるスキル
