We are looking for a result driven, team- oriented and dynamic college to fill out an open position within our Neurovascular Team. If you have strong selling skills and knowledge from the medical device industry (preferable neurovascular, intervention cardiology or peripheral sector) we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Promotes and sells Medtronic's Neurovascular products and services within an assigned geographic area and specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders- interventional radiologists, neurologists, nurses, and KOLs.
- Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's Neurovascular products and services.
- Promotes education of the company's products, provides clinical and technical support during cases and informs the clinician of patient treatment options.
- Active work on preparing the tender process. Conducts and evaluates market research including customers and competitors activities. Inventory management, cooperation with internal team to ensure product availability and optimal supply chain.
- Develops and implements market development strategies and changes as needed, monitor market trends.
- Actively represents Medtronic at industry congresses and conferences, has experience in organizing training workshops and proctoring.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Extensive experience in sales of medical devices (min 2-3 years of experience)
- Planning, organization and prioritization of tasks skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills,
- Ability to work well under pressure, in a dynamic environment
- Strong relationship- building and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Polish and conversational level in English
- Willingness to travel within the territory (Pomorskie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie, Podlaskie) and occasionally abroad
- For this role you need to be located in the North part of Poland (Pomorskie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie)
