A Day in the Life
MAIN JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
CHANNEL MANAGEMENT
- Joint efforts in Channel strategy and Channel projects execution.
- Work closely with Sales team to identify the candidates for distributors, assessing their capacity and capability.
- Involve in distribution performance management, partner with sales team, compliance team to evaluate distributors both on performance and risk metrics.
- Support sales and marketing team to execute product promotion through channel and track the results.
- Well track PDs’ orders phasing and sales in achievement by monthly.
- Work closely with MDT commercial team to execute channel management key projects such as Dealer Segmentation and Development project to support business growth.
INVENTORY / CHANNEL DATA MANAGEMENT
- Monitoring distributor’s inventory in safety level, working with Sales Operation team on distributors inventory cycle count.
- Working with Sales Operation team to support sales out data validation and support on resolve any discrepancies with distributors
DEALER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
- Familiar with DMS Dealer Management System / support on dealer training to use DMS
- Provide business insight for DMS further development
Channel Compliance
- Work with Channel Compliance team to make sure dealers follow compliance requirement
- Execute Channel Compliance project such as DCA project (Distributor Compliance Ambassador) together with Compliance team
