A Day in the Life
JOB TITLE: Associate Pricing Operations Analyst - Intern
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To provide pricing operations services according to the Service Level Agreement for countries in Asia Pacific/Greater China region.
MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
·Handle daily pricing operations services according to SLA, including:
oProvide business support in the form of set up and maintenance of all pricing in Vendavo and SAP platforms
oSupport resolution of pricing data related issues including preparation of necessary documents required to clear orders that are incorrectly priced as well as customer disputed invoices due to price discrepancies
oIssue pricing data extracts and reports for both business partners and for audit purposes
KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION
·University Business degree with accounting/finance/marketing focus
·Professional qualification in finance will be highly preferred (e.g. CPA, CIMA, ACCA…)
·Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
JOB EXPERIENCE
·Internship experience in finance share service center in MNC is preferred.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
·Well-developed verbal and written communication skills with a particular strength in English. Japanese will be an advantage.
·Able to work independently but also a good team player to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships
· “Can do” attitude and strong execution focus with the ability to work to tight timeline
·Good interpersonal skills and personality
