Reporting to Pricing and Contracting Director, you’ll be at the heart of shaping how patients in Korea access our innovative therapies. No two days are the same—you might start by analyzing reimbursement guidelines and refining our country pricing, then collaborate with commercial and cross-functional teams to roll out cutting-edge tools like eStore, Vendavo or ServiceNow. You’ll lead initiatives that optimize pricing, support successful bids, and drive business growth, while ensuring we stay aligned with local legislation and company standards.

You’ll not only manage and interpret pricing data but also help define the market access path for current and future products. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Review reimbursement prices two times a year in Korea based on government guidelines.
Drives annual Country List Prices (CLPs) and Target Approval Price Setting (TAPS) reviews
Manages Price Master file
Oversees pricing projects and programs within the country/region, ensuring alignment with business objectives including the roll out and implementation across multidisciplinary teams of Vendavo, Salesforce.com, ServiceNow etc
Oversees public and private procurement opportunities through competitive bidding processes in liaison with commercial objectives
Ensures compliance with company policies and local legislation
Leads Price Optimization Programs (POP) and Price increase initiatives at a granular level across within country/region
Develops and communicates the strategic, financial, and administrative implications of proposed and/or implemented pricing policy.
Recommends positions for pricing and reimbursement strategies for current and future products across all relevant customer and market segments.
May review competition to determine price of new product.
May plan and develop market research and analysis.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
3-5+ years of relevant experience in Pricing or Contracts or equivalent
Healthcare background is a plus
Being a proactive thinker and problem solver
Having a strong collaborative approach and an ability to work across different teams
Excellent communication skills
A willingness and enthusiasm to learn new concepts with a growth mindset
