The Core Team Leader (CTL) for ENT is a cross-functional business leader responsible for driving decision-making and execution within development projects using the Core Team model. Aligned with ENT's business strategies, Core Teams focus on delivering key business outcomes. You will be accountable for the full lifecycle of Core Team projects, including forming high-performance teams that ensure the successful and predictable delivery of solutions for commercial release. Additionally, you will mentor and develop Core Team members, fostering collaboration and cross-functional effectiveness. You will be the key champion in overcoming barriers, driving decisions, and cultivating a culture of empowerment across the organization.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Driving both strategic and operational planning. Responsible for casting a clear vision for the Core Team and aligning the team's goals with ENT's broader business strategies.
Use your critical thinking and problem-solving skills as a leader of cross-functional teams through the intricate details of project planning, from scope and cost management to schedule and risk mitigation.
Mentor team members to improve their skills and foster an empowered, decision-making culture. Ensure that each team member is fully engaged and contributing to project success, while keeping them aligned with long-term business outcomes.
Champion best practices, such as collecting high-quality Voice of Customer (VOC) inputs, to drive innovative and high-impact solutions.
Ownership of the business strategy and execution of projects by driving teams to a high level of execution. This person will act as a ‘mini’ GM using strong influence management and business acumen to drive solutions for commercial success.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience,
OR advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience
Demonstrated Project Management experience
Nice to Have
Advanced degree such as MS, MBA with 10+ years of relevant experience
Medical Device industry experience including new product development, DRM, clinical trial management, quality systems, global regulatory experience.
Experience managing and leading cross-departmental and/or cross-functional project teams.
Knowledge of patient safety, quality, clinical research, and strategic planning.
Experience leading collaboratively in a diverse, global, matrixed organization.
Knowledgeable of U.S. Food and Drug Law and WW regulatory, device safety and/or regulatory/clinical research.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$170,400 - $255,600
