The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting the Manager and the Supply Chain Corporate Directors by providing complex financial analysis to support the mission of the Materials/Supply Chain Division. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision and Values. 



Education/Formal Training

Work Experience




Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or related field. 






Experience with SAP functions related to General Ledger, Purchasing and Accounts Payable.




Four years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree




  • Skill and proficiency in applying customer service principles, concepts, and techniques.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Good influencing and consultative skills.
  • Ability to understand and prepare moderately complex written materials.
  • High degree of proficiency in verbal and written communication and interpersonal relations in dealing with all levels of management.
  • Ability to work without close supervision and exercise independent judgment.
  • Ability to organize multiple tasks and maintain control of workflow.
  • Ability to handle time pressures and deadlines.

  • Completes assigned routine projects using analytical techniques to meet division goals and objectives.
  • Plans, organizes, develops and completes special projects as necessary.
  • Performs process improvement analysis projects for the division as appropriate.

Physical Requirements

  • The physical activities of this position may include climbing, pushing, standing, hearing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motion.
  • Must have good balance and coordination.
  • The physical requirements of this position are: light work - exerting up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently.
  • The Associate is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity, such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; or extensive reading.
