Lakeside Hospital a collaboration between CHI St. Luke's Health and a team of specialized physicians- focused on cardiology and interventional cardiology, sports medicine, orthopedics, including total joint replacement, and spine care-in The Woodlands community. As the only hospital in Montgomery County to offer sports medicine as a major service line, Lakeside Hospital provides inpatient and outpatient care including diagnostic imaging, including MRI, CT and nuclear medicine.
Position Summary
Leads people and Manages systems. Leads the staff in setting and meeting goals and objectives in the areas of
patient care, education, and research to meet or exceed the reasonable needs and expectations of internal and
external customers of the Department of Pharmacy. Facilitates development of departmental goals and
objectives. Serves as a role model and mentor in customer service and process improvement.

responsibility to ensure continuous quality improvement.
