Essential Functions:

  • Supervises and works with staff that ensures all pricing setups are accurate and complete in the pharmacy practice system.
  • Handles difficult and/or complex tasks by providing direction, suggestion, and resolution to Plan Administration team and responsible parties.
  • Monitors and assigns Plan Analyst assignments and ensures tasks are completed by the assigned deadlines.
  • Ensure SOX Key Controls are completed on a monthly basis.
  • Tracks Plan Analyst productivity to ensure operational metrics are met on a monthly basis.
  • Conduct research and provide information to internal partners on client pricing and coverage set-up.
  • Analyze the client request and determine the best operational approach and perform set-up.
  • Validate accuracy to ensure no financial impact or client dissatisfaction.
  • Research pricing/coverage issues and recommend solutions.
  • Provide consultation and expertise to internal partners.
  • Provides leadership and guidance to staff.
  • Provides direction for creation and maintenance of formularies within the pharmacy practice system.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Learning Experience:

  • Required:  Bachelor’s degree


Work Experience:

  • Required:  3+ years with Pharmacy Practice System
  • Desired:  2+ years in Management Role




  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of claims processing system (Rx Claim) or pharmacy practice system. 
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to prioritize accordingly
  • Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft office products.


  • Familiarity with Long Term/Post Acute Care industry
