My client, a prestigious health system in the Boston area, is actively looking to hire a qualified candidate to provide upper-level system-wide solutions, program implementation, analysis, and business strategy/project support for their pharmacy services. In this role, you will work on projects across the Health System Pharmacy and will play a critical role in leading transformative initiatives for pharmacy. Common tasks will include engaging key stakeholders, developing critical analyses, driving decisions, and implementing change.
This position offers a flexible daytime schedule with the possibility of doing some remote work once settled in, as well as competitive compensation with plenty of growth potential. You will have a chance to collaborate regularly with senior leaders within the system having upward mobility.
In order to apply, you must have, at minimum, a 4-year degree in finance, healthcare, or pharmacy along with at least 4 years of relevant business development experience, ideally consultant experience at a top tier company with a background in analyzing numbers and creating business plans. Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint is also a huge plus.
