Summary Maintains patient accounts to ensure accurate and timely delivery of CCHH specialty drugs. Provides information to customers about company products and services. Acts as a liaison between customers and the company to resolve account or service problems. Receives and processes patient reimbursement information from patients, physicians, hospitals, and third party payers.# Processes claims for the CCHH Specialty Drug Division to include the billing and collections activities. Reconciles patient accounts and works with accounts receivable; providing the HH Specialty Pharmaceutical Drug Supervisor with financial, volume, and trending data. Responsible for mentoring and training HH Specialty Pharmaceutical Patient Account Associate. Education and Experience High School diploma required Minimum three(3) years experience dealing with health care reimbursement High degree of interpersonal skills Preferred knowledge of specialty pharmaceutical billing procedures Intake procedures; and experience in billing specialty pharmaceutical medications Capability to interpret contracts with payers and maintain payer relationship to keep CCHH records current and in compliance Maturity to withstand pressure that may arise in relation to the public and/or administration # Promise, It#s a strong word that everyone understands, especially kids. Education and Experience

* High School diploma required
* Minimum three(3) years experience dealing with health care reimbursement
