What You Will Be Doing
  • Isolate, culture, passage, and freeze primary cells
  • Perform transfection to deliver gene editing reagents into cells
  • Characterize cells by Next Gen Sequencing, PCR, and FACS analysis
  • Prepare medium and common reagents
  • Enter experiments and sample registrations into ELN
What You Need for this Position

BS/MS degree in cell biology, molecular biology or similar
  • 1-2+ years of industry experience
  • Mammalian primary cell culture
  • FACS analysis
  • Molecular cloning, plasmid isolation, PCR, NGS
