What You Will Be Doing
- Isolate, culture, passage, and freeze primary cells
- Perform transfection to deliver gene editing reagents into cells
- Characterize cells by Next Gen Sequencing, PCR, and FACS analysis
- Prepare medium and common reagents
- Enter experiments and sample registrations into ELN
What You Need for this Position
BS/MS degree in cell biology, molecular biology or similar
- 1-2+ years of industry experience
- Mammalian primary cell culture
- FACS analysis
- Molecular cloning, plasmid isolation, PCR, NGS
