As a Senior Quality Assurance Associate you’ll play an integral part in the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, to ensure compliance with cGMP and applicable regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities include: Produce quality related documentation Coordinate internal deviations, non-conformances, CAPAs and change controls Implement the Environmental Monitoring Programme Perform quality related functions e.g. initial reviews of batch records and sampling and testing Develop training materials and conduct quality related trainings Develop and implement the internal audit programme Review, monitor and approve contracted suppliers or materials and services Assist with investigations and annual Product Quality Reviews. You’ll need: A bachelors degree in a science related field – Biology or Chemistry fields advantageous A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a QA role operating in a cGMP environment Formal training in auditing or evidence-based audit training Exceptional attention to detail Excellent problem solving and organisational skills Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal communication skills Proven Leadership experience (desired) This full time role (minimum 40 hours per week) is provided with a competitive package, which includes 5 weeks annual leave and a salary of $75,000 - $85,000 per annum together, an allowance is available for relocation costs.
