Job Description

The role of the Specialty Pharmacy Sr. Account Manager (SP-AM) is to support and maximize access to Company specialty brands and complex generics through the development of relationships with Specialty Pharmacy partners and key accounts (IDNs and Health Systems). The SP-AM will engage with our Specialty Pharmacy partners to achieve and exceed stated goals and objectives. The SP-AM will work cross-functionally and collaboratively with the brand teams, field sales, new product launch teams, patient services teams, distribution partners and market access. The SP-AM will be a subject matter expert on Teva's portfolio of specialty brand products, complex generics our new product pipeline as well as pricing, payer coverage policies and processes. The SP-AM will support the launch plan and execution for New Products in Specialty Pharmacies. This includes working with Legal to establish contracts and assist with the implementation and integration into any HUB relationships as appropriate as well as the REMS Team to establish and execute appropriate product REMS guidelines.

Duties & Responsibilities

⦁ Ongoing evaluation and management of our Specialty Pharmacy Partners within our Distribution Networks. Monitor contract implementation and execution with our selected Specialty Pharmacy partners to ensure business objectives of contract are met.

⦁ Develop and maintain relationships with our current SP partners pre and post launch as well as cultivate new relationships with other key Specialty Pharmacy executives, decision-influencers and decision makers.

⦁ Evaluate opportunities to continue to drive business through our Specialty Pharmacy partners.

⦁ Provide input into HUB Design, financial assistance support programs, and data requirements for current programs and any new product or new indication opportunities based on organizational business objectives and brand team goals.

⦁ Provide liaison services between Market Access, the Brand Teams, Sales, the Business development Team, the New Product Launch Team, Medical Team, Trade and the REMS Team to develop effective strategies regarding pharmacy and medical benefit opportunities.

⦁ Identify market opportunities to uniquely position Teva products based on customer/market needs.

⦁ Assist with the identification of Specialty Pharmacy Partners for specific products.

⦁ Assist with the implementation of Distribution Network partners.

⦁ Develop, maintain, and demonstrate broad healthcare market expertise.

⦁ Plan, Lead and Execute Specialty Pharmacy Business Reviews.

⦁ Assist with the negotiation for new and expanded services and/or products with Specialty Pharmacies.

⦁ Work with Brand, Generic, Business Development, New Product Launch, Trade, Legal/Compliance, Medical Team, Contracting, Trade and REMS Teams to assist in developing channel, distribution and dispensing strategies focusing on both medical and pharmacy benefit opportunities.

⦁ Demonstrate functional expertise in the area of product reimbursement, market access and medical and pharmacy benefit investigation.

Qualifications

Required:

* Bachelors degree
* Minimum of 8 years in pharmaceutical industry/institutional and/Specialty Pharmacy required.
* Experience in Specialty Pharmacy Space

Preferred

* MBA
* 10+ years in pharmaceutical industry/institutional and/or IDN account management, sales or market access preferred
* Experience selling biosimilars
* Specialized or Technical Knowledge Licenses, Certifications needed: N/A
