Our Research and Development team crafts novel products that empower scientists in their quest to gain a deeper understanding of cell biology and enables groundbreaking research in fields like immunology, oncology, and infectious diseases. We are passionate about providing the latest innovations in dyes and instrumentation, alongside a growing antibody portfolio to push the boundaries of flow cytometry, western blotting, and imaging. What you will do:

Validating and supporting the commercialization of new reagents for flow cytometry by

+ Implementing knowledge of immune cell phenotypes to independently draft and perform experiments and conducting basic troubleshooting

+ Applying conventional and spectral cytometry technology and analyzing resulting data sets

+ Managing multiple experiments concurrently to meet product release timelines

+ Maintaining mammalian cell culture of primary cells and/or cell lines and preparation of human and mouse primary immune cells

+ Preparing and presenting written and oral reports to manager and extended R&D teams

+ Communicating and working efficiently with team members across the organization to optimize product development

Performing other responsibilities to support the needs of the group, as assigned

How will you get here:

**Education**

Bachelor's degree in Biology with a focus on immunology or related field with 3+ years of industry or research experience and multi-color flow cytometry skills

**Experience**

+ Hands-on experience with setting up and performing flow cytometry experiments, including data collection, analysis and interpretation of results and basic troubleshooting

+ Comfortable in preparing and culturing primary cells with moderate supervision and familiarity with basic immune cell subsets

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and FlowJo software

+ Result and detail oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize and adaptability to change

+ Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

+ Highly collaborative and enjoys working with a diverse team
