Minimum Position Qualifications
- Board of Pharmacy license
- Compliant with Continuing Education (CE) requirements
- APhA Immunization Certified
- Current healthcare provider CPR certification
- Must be able to physically exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 10 pounds of force frequently and negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
- PharmD degree or equivalent BS in Pharmacy
- Pharmacy license in good standing with The State of Iowa
