Job Summary

Support the department through management of several research projects. The study coordinator is solely responsible for the maintenance of and communication concerning assigned research studies.


 This postion is a 1 yr position

Job Responsibilities

  1. Create and maintain regulatory binders for assigned protocols.
  2. Create new protocols with IRB to include FDA requirements. Submission of protocol for review and approval by all applicable regulatory committees. Educate ancillary departments on protocols that pertain to them.
  3. Create and monitor research budgets and contracts with the CTFM and Tech Transfer.
  4. Invoice sponsors and maintaining the records of payments sent and received.
  5. Submission of serious adverse event/safety reporting as required by the protocol and study sponsor.
  6. Manage and submit study related correspondence to all applicable regulatory committees as required by the study sponsor.
  7. Submission of continuing review applications to all applicable regulatory committees.
  8. Coordinate and schedule research subject visits with the Division and Research Intake.
  9. Prepare and coordinate site-monitoring visits/audits for all assigned protocols.
  10. Manage petty fund request from research stipends for research subjects.


Required Licenses, Certifications, Registrations


Education, Experience & Cert/Lic

  • Bachelor's degree

  •  This postion is a 1 yr position  preference is a gap year applicant.

  • Good organizational skills
  • Good communication skills, telephone skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, database, etc.
