Supervises the repair and maintenance of the laundry equipment and related systems ensuring continuous operations for the Linen Services department.



-Must have six years of experience working with the repair and maintenance of laundry equipment, to include supervisory experience.

Equivalent Education and/or Experience:


Skills or Special Abilities:
-Must be able to interpret and communicate technical manuals related to maintenance to hospital staff members.
-Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and specifications for installation and equipment maintenance.
-Must be able to demonstrate basic computer skills.
-Must be able to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing.
-Must be able to demonstrate effective organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
-Must be able to demonstrate effective supervisory skills and techniques.
-Must be physically able to lift heavy loads, walk, and stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and crawl into confined spaces.
-Must be able to prepare estimates for work required.
