Job Description:
Develop Site Clinical Trial Agreements, budgets, amendments and task orders.
Develop study budget utilizing the benchmark cost.
Independently negotiate and execute various Agreement's type and budget amendment with minimum supervision.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert and lead in the negotiation and/or resolution of any identified issues with our Strategic Site Partners in support of clinical trial timelines
Evaluate and benchmark Investigational sites budget requests for fair market value
Identify, mitigate and present business risks & assessment for stakeholder's approval
Advise and manage CRO on contract & budget activities for outsourced trials in compliance with Novartis' process, requirement, system and strategies
Work with amendment requestor to ensure amendment integrity prior to negotiation
Maintain proactive communication with Payments team to ensure payment reconciliation prior to contract termination
Liaison/collaborate with Clinical Study Manager, Investigational Sites, Legal, Compliance, Patent, insurance and study start up groups to expedite and finalize contracts and amendments
Required Skills:
Clinical Contracts / Clinical Trial Agreements experience.
Experience with contract negotiation.
