The Regional Finance Manager is responsible for the analysis and financial management activities for all pharmacies in a given Region. Including Monthly pre-close, Forecasting, Budgeting, and monthly deep dives. This position will partner with Operational Leadership to help drive business results.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Develops a deep understanding of the key drivers of the business and the reports and tools used to manage results.
  • Utilize Accounting and Finance systems to assist Accounting department in monthly close analysis.
  • Assists in the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting of all LTC pharmacies in the region.
  • Ensures that consistent practices are used throughout the company to maintain the integrity of financial models.
  • Assist Operational Leadership with pharmacy labor planning and modeling.
  • Assist Operational Leadership & Delivery and Logistics Department with all courier analysis.
  • Identify operational trends that negatively affect the business and provide recommended solutions.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

 

Education/Learning Experience

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Desired:  Masters of Business Administration

 

Work Experience

  • Required:  3 to 5 years of experience in a similar discipline.

 

Skills/Knowledge

  • Required:  Data mining and analytics. P&L knowledge and management.
