Job Description Position Purpose: Responsible for Project Management activities related to the Aseptic Production area. Tasks include the oversight of design & construction of a new facility to house two isolator filling machines, formulation suites & inspection area. Manage production related deliverables & personnel within the project to ensure project objectives are met as they relate to cost, quality & schedule.

* Follow all safety & environmental requirements in the performance of duties.
* Responsible for ensuring project plan accomplishes time, quality & cost objective.
* Thorough knowledge of engineering design, facility infrastructure, utility systems & construction. Responsible for adherence to reporting tools & processes required for monitoring progress, intervention & problem solving with other managers & personnel.
* Extensive collaboration with cross functional work package owners to ensure tasks & requirements are communicated & followed up on.
* Responsible for communications to management & other pertinent units.
* Assist with any training required of personnel supporting the project.
* Ensure that installation, troubleshooting, qualification & validation of equipment meets all commitments laid out by the overall project.
* Responsible for development & execution of projects identified as process needs & improvement opportunities.
* Maintains effective communication to ensure alignment in coordination with multiple project teams & support departments within the site & NN network.
* Other accountabilities as assigned.
Required Education: BA/BS degree in engineering or related technical field or related field or equivalent combination of education & experience.

Desired Experience: MA/MS degree in relevant

Required Experience:
* 5+ years of engineering experience in facility infrastructure.
* 5+ years manufacturing experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
* 3+ years proven project management skills in a manufacturing facility.
Technical/Process/Functional Knowledge:
* Ability to read/review design drawings (CAD) with a basic understanding of P&ID, HVAC & electrical systems.
* Understanding of complicated product documentation & standard operating procedures with attention to high-level concepts.
* Working knowledge/experience of Filling, Formulation & Component Preparation Equipment.
* Basic understanding of contractual documents & ability to create work plans & detailed project schedules.
* Computer literacy.
Organization/Planning: Proven expertise in mentoring/development, planning/organizing, managing execution & revising the work plan for complex problems solved by cross functional teams.

Physical & Other Requirements:
* Occasionally moves equipment &\or supplies weighing up to 33 pounds within the facility using various body positions.
* Constantly operates a computer & other office equipment using hands.
* Able to work in an open office environment with the possibility of frequent distraction.
* Able to work the hours necessary to support a 24/7 continuous manufacturing operation.
* Able to travel internationally, up to 25% of the time.
* Able to adjust schedule to work with colleagues in other international time zones.
