**What will you do?**

**The Project Manager, Pharmaceutical Distribution will lead all aspects of client relationship management. Including but not limited to:**

+ Develop strong, long lasting, client relationships that position the organization for growth

+ Keep the pulse on customer happiness and assume full responsibility for team performance, to achieve outstanding performance

+ Strong representative of the management team and promote high quality work culture to achieve maximum results

+ Responsible for regular management updates that affect both positively and negatively the overall health of the organization

+ Escalates issues to the relevant stakeholders to ensure quick resolution

**Account Management & Growth**

+ Translates customer strategy into meaningful business opportunities for Patheon Logistics

+ Develops Account Plans & executes the account plan by coordinating respective teams & resources efficiently & effectively.

+ Effectively conducts consultative selling by developing & articulating business fit & solution fit that reflects understanding of clients' requirements, product knowledge

+ Pushes for closure of deals by using persuasive skills to build a compelling case for Patheon Logistics offering with a broader scope both internally & within customer organization.

+ Engages customers through customer workshops to find opportunities to offer innovative solutions

+ Organic growth within assigned accounts, including preparing for commercial discussions by identifying customers buying criteria & developing strong pricing & negotiation strategies with minimal mentorship

+ Utilization of multiple inputs to support strong forecasting and planning.

+ Understanding industry trends and their impact to existing and potential business.

+ Cross functional support & collaboration to drive end to end solutions

+ Utilize your Leadership skills to navigate and thrive within a highly-matrixed environment

**Project and Client Relationship Management**

+ Perform Internal project coordination and management throughout the entire distribution process (both technical and service) across departments

+ Initiates the involvement of appropriate departments, maintaining continuous communication with those departments, and ensures the work delivered to customers is of a consistently high standard while on time.

+ Conducts and leads quarterly meetings with each account, including a review of critical measures identified

+ Demonstrates outstanding organizational, time management and project management skills

+ Interacts with Quality Assurance/Regulatory personnel to drive Problem Reports to closure.

+ Ensure all departments are completing tasks in support of client expectation/contract

+ Enhance the process with technology, reducing the manual work vital to perform day to day operations

+ Awareness and understanding of services and any regulations for the industry (i.e.: PDMA, FAA, etc.)

+ Manage and resolve accounts receivable issues, demonstrating on time payment, consistently

+ Proofs and provides accurate post project reporting to clients according to established schedule

**Communication**

+ Provide crucial information, timely to internal staff, ensuring the success of each distribution

+ Offer scheduled assessment of each client (above and beyond monthly company updates) to Executive Management, including issues and corrective actions, possible business expansion opportunities, Patheon performance assessment, and process improvement opportunities

+ Regularly supervise and communicate metrics; maintaining unified Scorecards and reports on global project / program progress.

**How will you get here?**

+ Bachelor's degree preferred, High School Diploma required

+ Min 5+ years of Client Relationship Management experience

+ Min 3+ years of Project Management experience

+ Experience working Pharmaceutical, Life Science and Healthcare industry is a plus
