The Program Project Manager - Marketing is responsible for marketing consultation and execution on special projects.  This person must have strong project management accumen which allows the ability to advise and manage multiple ongoing projects throughout the organization.

 

  • Ability to meet with management and executive team members to understand marketing needs and have vision to build and execute on various types of marketing projects.
  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.

  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion

  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.

  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with Senior Management and Stakeholders.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and direction.  Take charge personality.

  • Ability to facilitate webinars and meetings in reference to product/program role out
  • Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office product experience. 
  • Supports collateral production and development to include producing lead generation materials, data sheets, website content, email templates and case studies, etc.

Education/Learning Experience

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Work Experience
  • Required: 2 years’ experience in a position requiring project management.  Marketing experience is a plus.

Skills/Knowledge

  • Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders; ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to prioritize accordingly; competency in commonly used Microsoft Office suite of software including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and related systems including SharePoint and CRM applications,
