About
I am a biomedical scientist and cross-functional program leader passionate about accelerating early-stage drug discovery to serve patients with high unmet medical needs. With over 12 years of experience spanning academia, biotech, and CRO settings, I specialize in integrating advanced cell-based models, phenotypic assays, and machine learning approaches to drive therapeutic innovation.
As Associate Director at insitro, I led a cross-functional team to deliver several validated targets while spearheading the development of iPSC-derived models and mechanistic assay platforms in obesity and neurodegenerative disease programs.
I thrive at the intersection of science and strategy, bringing together multidisciplinary teams to translate complex biology into actionable pipelines. My next step is to join a mission-driven organization where I can contribute to impactful target validation efforts and hit discovery programs from concept through development.
Let’s connect if you’re working on breakthrough therapeutics or building teams focused on the future of drug discovery.
