Performs review of batch records, supporting documentation and log books of basic complexity to assure accuracy and compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice Regulations (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policies. 




  • Perform reviews and audits of batch records, supporting documentation and log books to assure accuracy and compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice Regulations (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policies. 
  • Review Finishing paperwork to assure accuracy and completeness.
  • Position will be recognized subject matter expert on departmental batch records and SOPs.
  • Determine and assure that exception documentation is appropriately rectified and documented expeditiously.
  • Create PR’s in TrackWise and enter record information in tracking matrix accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate batch record paperwork and departmental records.
  • Efficiently organize and plan daily activities and adhere to scheduling needs.
  • Maintain PTS Employee Training record documentation and tracking matrix.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.




  • Education: High school diploma, Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Experience:  Minimum of 1 year in related experience and/or training in technical field or equivalent manufacturing environment.
  • Math literacy required. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills required. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office® applications and spreadsheet programs such as Access and Excel.  This Position requires the individual to comprehend regulations and guidance documents and apply critical thinking skills to evaluate requirements and effectively communicate (written and oral) findings.
