Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions, Analytical Instruments product line business has an opportunity for a Product Manager to be located in Boulder, CO. The person in this role will join the Chemistry Product Management and Applications team. This position will focus on the profitable growth of our analytical instruments product lines sold into the life science related markets with an emphasis on new product introduction, price optimization, voice of customer analysis, market research, and value optimization. The role leads internally and externally by influence and owns and develops the product line and market strategies within the life science related markets. Please click here to learn more about our Analytical Instruments business. The successful candidate will lead the development of differentiated products that customers value and align with the strategic roadmap.  This candidate will manage the financial success of the product portfolio.  Additionally, working closely with the product management and applications specialists globally to support consultative sales, train global sales teams, develop applications and supporting resources, including technical and commercial collateral and conducting customer application studies. The ideal candidate would also have good knowledge of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.  The candidate will enjoy being part of a rapidly-growing company, has excellent written and verbal communication skills, and is a good collaborator across different functions of an organization. Duties & Responsibilities Identify, develop and lead the execution of long-term and annual product line growth strategies and plans. Partner with key customers to understand unmet technology needs through voice of customer collection Define, develop, and commercialize new products. Support sustaining product issues, changes, and content in business systems. Develop and deliver promotional and training content to sales, partners, and customers. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities  Ability to equate price to customer value Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills Proven expertise presenting to executive and mid-level customers and groups Ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams Thorough understanding of the customer segments and product applications for life science water markets Understanding of trends that impact the product line commercial performance Utilize project management skills.  Comprehending the critical elements of a project.  Converting these skills into more rapid product development programs. Education & Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, microbiology, chemical engineering, or a related science field Minimum of 5 years combined professional work experience of product management or product marketing and experience in regulated life science markets.
