Our client is in need of a Project Manager/Scrum Master to implement a solution using Salesforce. This is a contract anticipated to run through January 2023. Individuals must be willing to go onsite once Covid restrictions have been lifted. Responsibilities: Serve as the Scrum Master for the project Serve as the PM for the project Lead the BA and QA assigned to the project Report on project status including but not limited to schedule, budget, scope, and risks Report on % complete vs % of the budget expended Track and monitor project financials Track and monitor why user stories arent completed during the sprint Track and monitor business decisions that need to be made and impact to the project schedule Create change requests as needed Create agendas for and Lead bi-weekly Steering Committee meetings Escalate issues to MNIT Supervisors and Product Owner or business management when needed Track and report on the project burndown using data from Rally Update Rally to track the progress of the project Identify and track issues and risks, determine impact and probability of the risks and develop mitigation plans Participate in the Governors Go Live Process to ensure the public facing application is ready for production Create monthly status reports for stakeholders in Planview Participate and/or lead scrum ceremonies including but not limited to Sprint Retrospectives, User Story Development, Daily Stand ups. Help develop a plan to ensure that the business is ready for deployment and roll out to the public Complete the transition to support process Provide Project Scope Management Provide Project Communications Management Provide Project Time Management (Activity definition, activity sequencing, duration estimating, schedule development and control) Provide Project Cost Management (Resource planning, cost estimating, and cost control) Work closely with the Product owner to ensure business decisions are being made Work with the Product Owner on business staffing issues that affect the project Provide knowledge transfer Minimum Qualifications Five (5) years experience in Project Management role Two (2) engagements lasting more than six (6 months) as an Agile Scrum Master One (1) engagement lasting more than six (6 months) implementing a solution using Salesforce Desired Skills One (1) engagement lasting more than six (6 months) using Rally software on an Agile project Two (2) engagements lasting more than six (6) months in Project Manager role Demonstrable leadership ability Ability to direct & manage project development from beginning to end Ability to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with project sponsors and stakeholders Ability to estimate project resource requirements and participants needed to achieve goals including changes during where necessary Ability to identify and manage project dependencies and critical path Ability to establish project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and tracking such milestones and deliverables Ability to manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises or issues, and devise contingency plans as appropriate Ability to communicate project plans, expectations, updates, progress, issues, and successes in a timely & clear fashion when necessary
