**Position Description** :

Our Clinical Pharmacist, provides comprehensive, quality medication management for patients of Penn Medicine through application of pharmacy practice standards. Reviews physician orders and dispenses medications and pharmaceutical preparations. Maintains accurate patient profiles and monitors and helps manage drug therapies in order to achieve positive patient outcomes. Oversees pharmacy technicians and students and ensures accuracy of their work prior to dispensing.

**Minimum Requirements** :

The qualified candidate must possess a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy. A current Pharmacist license to practice in Pennsylvania is essential.

**Additional Information** :

This will be float pharmacist position that is based out of Radnor and could be required to work at the following locations, based off scheduling needs:

• Radnor, Valley Forge, HUP, Perlman Center for Advanced Medicine, and the New Patient Pavilion in Philadelphia.
