Position Overview:

As a postdoctoral fellow in Predictive and Clinical Immunogenicity research you will work with a highly collaborative team of scientists from Immunology basic research and development, you will design, plan and implement novel experiments/assays exploring the immunogenicity of biologics, vaccines and personalized vaccine peptides. You will focus on exploring the parameters that influence immunogenicity in clinical trials.  
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Employing complex in vitro model systems to address specific question related to immunogenicty
  • Using cellular and molecular biology to dissect observations 
  • Use of in Silico tools to address immunogenicity risks

Education Minimum Requirement:   
  • PhD in Immunology or Microbiology with less than 3 years of Postdoctoral Experience or achieved a  Ph.D. by Spring/Summer of 2018 
Required Experience and Skills:
  • Skilled in In Vitro PBMC assays 
  • Experience in FACS analysis 
  • Experience  in Cellular Immunology 
Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • Ability to design experiments, interpret and track results, and utilize this information to enable assay development
  • Strong history of publication in peer-reviewed journals
  • Bioanalytical experience, ELISA, Luminex, MSD
  • Cell signaling, Signal transduction techniques, WB
  • Molecular biology, bioinformatics, genomics experience
