Primary responsibilities are to supervise office employees and work with clinical operations and program development

Supervisory/ HR-functions

Supervisory authority can be over employees in multiple discipline/ roles. At a minimum, is directly responsible for hiring, firing, performance appraisals, and equity pay reviews. Recruits, onboards, orients and ensures ongoing compliance for their staff. Assists in onboarding and orienting providers to Division/ Program. High sense of autonomy with limited guidance from direct supervisor, AD or Medical Director act on employee administrative management issues.


Clinical Operations

Leads clinical projects and Divisional initiatives, by assisting in setting performance metrics and reporting results for clinical projects.  Responsible for data analyses with high level of accuracy due to reporting outside of the Division (i.e - OPPE, QI/ Value, Budgets).                                                                                  


Program Development/ Marketing

Reviews results of relevant surveys (i.e. patient satisfaction, employee engagement) and other operational data.  Analyze trends and makes recommendations to Administrator and clinical leadership to further grow or improve the program.  Owner of all internal and external communication methods (@CHOP, intranet, PR/ external website) for the program/ Division.

Required Education and Experience

Required Education: Bachelors of/in business, health administration or related field required.


Required Experience: 6-8 years related healthcare experience required.  Previous supervisory experience required.

Preferred Education, Experience & Cert/Lic

Preferred Education: Masters of/in business, health administration or related field preferred.

Additional Technical Requirements

  • Proficiency in standard office applications, especially spreadsheets.

  • Ability to analyze, plan, and implement new ideas. 

  • Demonstrated strong leadership potential.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Fast learner with the ability to work independently.
