CareerStaff Unlimited is currently searching for a Pharmacy Technician to add to our team in Brooklyn, NY. We are able to offer full-time hours for qualified and reliable pharmacy technicians. See below for Local Rates.

Local Rate:

Hourly Comp: $18.50

Weekly Comp: $740

Total Comp: $2960

2. 10a-7p
3. 4-week contract
4. 40 hours per week
5. Weekly direct deposit

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Pharmacy Technician Certification in state of practice
2. PTCB
3. 6+ months experience
4. Must work well in team settings
5. Must be very responsible and timely
6. Ability to pick up on computer systems quickly

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Prepare detailed patient medication profile, fill routine pharmaceutical orders, and package medical prescription in correct container.
2. Maintain equipment by ordering, stocking, and organizing supplies and delivery orders.
3. Interact with the other departments to provide accurately dispensed prescriptions on a schedule according to predetermined delivery times.
4. Verifies stock and enters data in computer to maintain inventory.
5. May be expected to perform some clerical duties relating to the department.
6. Performs other tasks as assigned.
