This is an on-site position at our Raleigh, NC facility.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Enter prescriptions and verify appropriate and accurate information
• Contact patients, pharmacists, and doctor's offices to resolve claims issues
• Process prescriptions (from intake to order completion)
• Resolve customer issues; ensuring accurate information is provided

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- North Carolina State Pharmacy Technician licensing and registration required
- PTCB Certification required or willing to be certified within 6 months
- 2+ years of pharmacy experience (including retail pharmacy experience)
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to ensure compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system application
