Non-certified Pharmacy Technicians, CPhTs, and IV Certified Technicians will all be considered!
Up to $2,500 sign-on bonus available for eligible applicants!
Job Summary: Under the supervision of a pharmacist prepares medication dosage forms utilizing any equipment or computer necessary. Assures medications are delivered to the patient care areas in a timely manner. Completes all quality assurance activities as assigned
Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalency with courses in mathematics
Previous pharmacy technician experience or clerkship in pharmacy
Knowledge and ability to use any equipment or computers necessary for preparation of medications. Knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical and medical terminology as well as pharmaceutical calculations.
Preferred Qualifications: Courses in chemistry and microbiology
Certification (CPhT) preferred
Licensure and Certifications: Must take and pass the pre-employment math exam with a score of 75% or higher
