**Basic Qualifications**
High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) and 4 years pharmacy experience and 12 months VUMC pharmacy experience or 48 months pharmacy experience and 12 months equivalent experience in a leadership role.
**Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration (LCR):**
+ Registered Pharmacy Technician Required
**Additional Qualification Information:**
+ Tennessee Board of Pharmacy Technician Registration must be obtained within 90 days of employment. PTCB/NHA National Pharmacy Technician Certification. Per Pharmacy Department policy, all new hires are subject to pre-employment drug screening (post offer), as well as for cause and random drug screening during their tenure with Vanderbilt.
