Pharmacy Shipping Clerk
Job Description
We are currently looking for a full time and part time shipping clerk, The ultimate goal of the Shipping Clerk is to process and ship all prescription orders for Physicians Preference Pharmacy. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: performing outbound calls to guests, tracking packages, and ensuring that incoming pharmacy orders are processed accurately and efficiently. The Shipping Clerk will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and can prioritize tasks appropriately.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Process all prescription orders to be shipped
* Perform outbound calls to guests
* Update guests' account information as needed
* Track packages
* Receive incoming pharmacy orders
* Be accountable for daily goals
* Perform miscellaneous filing as needed
* Receive and triage incoming orders for other departments

Knowledge & Skill Requirements
* High school graduate
* Proficient in the use of Script Pro, Microsoft Office and UPS World ship software
* Possess a high sense of urgency
* Possess great attention to detail
* Able to prioritize tasks appropriately
* Maintain a positive attitude with guests and team members
Physical Demands and Work Environment
* Ability to work a full-time shift (8:00am or 9:00am to 5:00pm, daily)
* Ability to walk and stand for the required complete work shift
* Ability to hear and speak in a clear and articulated demeanor
* Ability to use a keyboard to enter and retrieve data
* Ability to lift and/or carry 40 pounds or more
