QualificationsBachelors degree or Pharm D. is required Licensure/CertificationsPharmacist license upon hire is required ANDBoard certified Pharmacist in any specialty is preferredJob DescriptionThe SWHR Pharmacy Analytics Program Manager is responsible for the measurement, ongoing quality improvement and effectiveness of assigned pharmacy programs. Work collaboratively with other departments such as UM, Care Management, Quality, Provider Networks, to ensure optimal program outcomes. Provides program oversight, integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements and health plan delegation contracts. Demonstrate program leadership including staff development (indirect reports) and development of operating models that support overall program management.
