  • Please note: The Pharmacy Analytics Program Manager is employed by SWHR. SWHR is a clinically integrated network formed by Texas Health and UT Southwestern.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or Pharm D. is required
Experience

5 Years of experience as a pharmacist with progressive clinical practice responsibilities in a

population health, health system or managed care (such as health plan or PBM)

pharmacy setting. 3 of the 5 years must include medical and/or pharmacy claims

analysis in a pharmaceutical care setting or identifying data trends REQUIRED

and

Advanced degree in Health Informatics and/or completion of an accredited

residency training program in informatics or other related field is preferred.

Licensure/Certifications

Pharmacist license upon hire is required AND

Board certified Pharmacist in any specialty is preferred

Job Description

The SWHR Pharmacy Analytics Program Manager is responsible for the measurement, ongoing quality improvement and effectiveness of assigned pharmacy programs. Work collaboratively with other departments such as UM, Care Management, Quality, Provider Networks, to ensure optimal program outcomes. Provides program oversight, integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements and health plan delegation contracts. Demonstrate program leadership including staff development (indirect reports) and development of operating models that support overall program management.
