Exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Operations Supervisor in our Bartlett TN Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy.

As a Pharmacy Operations Supervisor you will oversee the Inventory, Packing and Pharmacy Technician functions

related to processing prescription drug orders for patients.

You will collaborate with other Supervisors and Senior

Leadership to ensure the efficiency of the Pharmacy.

Your responsibilities include the allocation of resources

within the pharmacy to ensure that overall goals are met.

Develops, trains, prioritizes / sets direction, monitors and

addresses workflow.. If you like working in a fast-paced

Required Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience working with production and

warehouse operations

* 1+ years of direct supervisory or leadership of a team experience in a related environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Supervisory experience in a pharmaceutical and/or

production related environment

* Operations and Automation experience
* Experience in a high intensity, fast paced production

environment

* Excellent communication, organizational, and

interpersonal skills

* Basic Six Sigma and/or Lean management knowledge
* Continuous improvement and quality centric focus
* Customer service orientation to ensure patients' needs
* MS Office Suite proficiency
* 1 Year Inventory Control/Warehouse experience
* Cycle Counting Experience - Understanding/Resolving

* Receiving, Replenishment, Put Away, Stocking, Returns

Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required
