The Pharmacy Operations Manager will oversee Gravie's PBM relationships and work closely with our operations, implementation and GravieCare teams. This newly created position will build the structures and processes to manage the PBM, establishing KPIs ad dashboards to ensure its meetings Gravie's unparalleled standard for service and value for our members.
You will:
* Be responsible for the overall direction and management of pharmacy operations to enhance the member experience and improve operational effectiveness.
* Manage vendor relationships for all of Gravie's PBM partnerships.
* Develop and manage project plans for PBM initiatives to ensure accurate, timely and coordinated implementation
* Establish KPI's and metric dashboards to measure PBM vendor performance.
* Work closely with business operations team to support claims system implementation and maintenance and serve as subject matter expert.
* Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome oriented.
You bring:
* 8+ years of experience at a PBM or pharmacy department of a health plan
* 5+ years of relationship management experience
* Demonstrated ability to work independently, and to effectively manage time-critical issues
* Ability to deal with ambiguity, shift gears comfortably, and take action without having the total picture
* Proven ability to make decisions, positively influence others, and work well in a fast-moving environment
* Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
