Overview:
St. Croix Regional Medical Center is currently seeking a Pharmacy Manager.
The Pharmacy Manager leads the Hospital and Retail Pharmacy teams. This role manages the day to day operations to maximize patient safety, customer satisfaction and intra and inter-departmental workflow as well as manages employee relations, oversees recruitment and onboarding activities, and assists with performance assessments and competencies. This position will work to resolve problems, improve processes and support implementation of department initiatives which align with the organizations direction. The Pharmacy Manager provides leadership and direction to pharmacy team providing input to the pharmacy director for personnel performance reviews and employee relations of pharmacy leaders. The Pharmacy Manager has oversight of schedule, staffing needs, and staff time cards. This role will provide pharmacist staffing as needed.
Qualifications:
Education and Licensure:
* Graduate of a college of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education
* Current and valid WI Pharmacist license
* Meets State of Wisconsin continuing education credit requirements
* Master of Pharmacy Administration, Master of Healthcare Administration, or Master of Business Administration preferred
Experience:
* 10 years of Pharmacist experience
* Minimum 3 years of management experience
* Prior hospital pharmacy experience
