About this role The Pharmacy Manager is the Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) of Prescryptive Pharmacy which is a next generation digital pharmacy providing both local pharmacy services and support of Prescryptive Health services and products. This position will involve testing and refinement of new pharmacy technology, the support of digital prescriptions on the Prescryptive platform, and providing community pharmacy prescriptions and clinical services. The Pharmacy Manager, as PIC, will be responsible for facility and staff compliance with all laws, rules, and contracts. Other responsibilities include: Supervision of all pharmacy staff and responsibility for training and performance. Filling prescriptions and all commonly associated tasks Performing filing, transferring, and problem-solving of prescriptions on our digital platform Providing clinical and ambulatory pharmacy services Development and implementation of new clinical services Writing policies and procedures, including clinical protocols Providing a delightful customer experience Calling on local physicians or clinics to promote business Ordering and controlling inventory Assisting in feedback and development of technology products Supervision and performance of finances Working on-call outside of scheduled shifts Other duties as assigned What you will bring
