Description:

Development of a new central fill and delivery hub to support repatriation of prescriptions leaving Mercy Health for community pharmacies in the greater GR area. This is a new venture targeted at regaining the 340B discounts lost when manufacturers started blocking 340B sales to contract pharmacies. This new unit is critical to handling the volume of prescriptions involved without overwhelming the capacity of our brick and mortar pharmacies. We believe the best approach for building and operating this new venture is to recruit a manager to work side by side with our Retail Pharmacy Manager to build a unit that seamlessly supports our existing operations, then operates internally with efficiency and ability to scale with high customer satisfaction.
