Description
The Pharmacy Inventory Control Coordinator reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
This position maintains pharmacy inventory of medications, intravenous fluids, and pharmaceutical supplies.
Qualifications
Required:
* 3 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
* Illinois licensure as a Pharmacy Tech
* Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Preferred:
* 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Buyer
* Associate's Degree
Schedule/ Hours
7a - 3:30pm and every other weekend including holidays. PM (both weekday and weekend) shifts as dept need arise.
