Description
EDUCATION:# Graduate of an accredited school of Pharmacy, M.S., and/or Pharm D preferred.# Qualified by education, training or experience to work with the neonate, infant, adolescent, adult, and/or geriatric patient population as specialty assignment dictates. # EXPERIENCE:# Experience in patient care as obtained through completion of an approved pharmacy program.# # LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION:# Tennessee Licensure as a Pharmacist.# Additional certification may be required based on assignment
