Description
To provide patient care and optimal therapeutic outcomes through the provision of pharmaceutical care. To assist the Director of Pharmacy in operational aspects of the Pharmacy Department.
Education:
* Degree in Pharmacy from an institution accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education required.
Experience:
* One (1) year previous pharmacy experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
* Current New Hampshire license to practice Pharmacy required.
