Position Description:
1. Responsible for adhering to and efficiently executing all pharmacy operations in the medication delivery process as established and, periodically updated, by the State Board of Pharmacy.
2. Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care.
3. Supervise, direct, and is responsible for the duties performed under his or her supervision by a technician(s) and all other ancillary personnel.
4. Accurately perform all functions which require professional judgment.
5. Ability to be at work and be on time.
6. Ability to follow company policies, procedures and directives.
7. Ability to interact in a positive and constructive manner.
8. Ability to prioritize and multitask
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum of three(3) years' experience in an outpatient, retail oriented pharmacy setting with direct patient exposure (preferred)
* Working knowledge of current retail pharmacy business environment (preferred)
* Current Certification of Basic Life Support (BLS) (required)
* Graduated from an accredited School of Pharmacy (required)
* Current California Registered Pharmacist license (required)
